No, what's sad is the inevitable flood of sense-of-entitlement crying that oozes out of the woodwork when something like this happens.
Ask yourself: would you rather be locked out of the game for a couple of extra hours in a given month while they fix a possibly major issue, or suffer repeated crashes due to a problem they leave un-fixed? -
