Major Blasto!

Major Blasto is an elec/elec mutation blaster. Here's the short version.

Scientist back in 1942, built a new type of generator, it blew up, he absorbed the energy in it and got his powers, his body is now supercharged and he doesn't appear to have aged a day since he got his power. He retired after world war two but came back out during the Rikti war and has been on active duty ever since
