Why is this man not a Patron? No Arbiter before him has torn down fashion crimes against Arachnos like he! No man has the tailors and surgeons bow down before him like Arbiter Fabulous! And no man before him has (likely) insulted Recluse's boa looking flight jack thing to his face! The time has come to give him his due, Arbiter Fabulous for Patron!
