The Player Event Resource Committee would like to thank all of the contestants of "Design Challenge - Bases on a Budget". It was absolutely remarkable what each of you built with only 300k prestige. The judges and other PERC members were so impressed by the creativity, talent, and effort put into this contest. Selecting the winners was an incredibly difficult task. Every base is very unique and special in it's own right, and each builder should be extremely proud!

We had originally planned to have the judges move to different instances, but Pocket D 1 was too full and we could not get in(only one of us was able to), that's why we asked people to come to Pocket D 2, to make sure no one was missed. -
