I have a question about how the Tutorial is going to handle HEATs and VEATs. Currently, HEATs do the normal hero tutorial while VEATs do no tutorial. Will both have full access to the new tutorial, have limited access in that HEATs must become heros and VEATs must become villians, or will both have no accesss to the tutorial?
