So when I attempt to install COH/NCLauncher from
http://na.cityofheroes.com/en/my_acc..._of_heroes.php, it loads up, then when I click 'Next' to begin the installation of the launcher, it stops, freezes, and gives me the message:
NClauncher setup has stopped working.
When I search for more information, Windows suggest the following files are causing problems:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Loca\Temp\WER8EA9.tmp.WERInt ernalMetadata.xml
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\WERA48B.tmp.appco mpat.txt
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\WERA4BB.tmp.mdmp
No matter what I try, I CANNOT get the downloader to begin, which means I can't get the NCLauncher installed so I can play CoH :*(
If anyone has any suggestions for help, please let me know! I have a support ticket open that has been "escalated" but haven't heard back in days, so any help will gladly be appreciated!
