Thanks all!...Hey did I ever tell you guys I LOVE to draw villians?...MUHAHAHAHAHAH!
And yeah Cyber, drawing people in motion is really tough! It took me a few times to get her pose just right. -

Thanks guys I'm glad you like it! Altoholic You know I thought the same thing when I was coloring it, but the reason I chose red and black was because if Ice. E's scarf. I kind of wanted them all to have something in common. THey also all have freckles. I believe they are all supposed to be the same person but I'm not sure

I don't know if you can call me a pro, but i can give you some tips.
Don't use "How to Draw" books (i never did anyway), they don't help IMHO. Just go out to a comic shop and look through some of the books, look for one (or a few) with some poses and a style you might like (perhaps your favorite artist) and take them home (pay for them, of course!) and trace the poses, faces, whatever you'd like to get better at creating. Sort of give yourself "lessons."
After you've traced a few and got a feel for the anatomy and such, try doing some work of your own. Use the books as referance material if you need to.
And, last but not least, always always ALWAYS use your imagination.

I cant say I agree with you at all. Its very important that you learn and understand the basic structure of your subject, whether its an inanimate object or a dynamic super hero. In fact Ive had no formal training and got my basic direction from How to Draw books. As The_PMD mentioned, I have all of the Burne Hogarth books, Christopher Hart has 2 really good ones, and I have 4 or 5 great anatomy books that I reference on a regular basis. Another good thing to do is to just draw things in life. Just go out to a park and do quick sketches of people so you can see how they move and how they actually interact with things.

PMD,
My son does alot of his own drawings. This was an outlet for him to see where his imagination can lead. He is more excited now thanks to this turnout then I could have hoped for.
Thanks for the encouraging words.

Yeah I can still remember the person's art I saw that inspired me to draw. I was sitting in a laundromat when I was 7 and there was a guy drawing next to me. Lol, I asked him so many questions. I know he must have been sick and tired of me. He is still a good friend of mine today. In fact I'm gonna give him a call tonight. So that being said, this may just be the start of something wonderful for your son too. -

some of the nicest people I have ever seen. all great drawings! Id draw some but im not that comfortable with my drawings yet. Used to draw comic style alot, but got out of it. Here in the last 6 months (after looking at a certain MMOArt.com site) I started to draw again. Im getting better, just takes awhile to get the hang of it all again.
But thanks to Jamaro I have another hobby to add to the 50 I allready have.
Anyway back on topic. Your son has some great toons to color there!!

Nice work! beautiful.
opefully I can get the money to do a piece .. I'll post it here because my computer is .. well hard drive is erased .. hehe don't ask.
Was thinking of getting my main villain in a picture going up against Manticore, Statesman and Synapse. I know it sounds silly and fangirlish .. cause it is ... but I was wondering can you/will you do something like that?
I know you are most likely busy ... but drop me a PM and let me know if it can or cannot be done and if it's more due to teh sexah-ness of the three heroes.

Chazz when I initially read your design description, I had no idea how to really go at it lol! Looking at it now I do believe its most dynamic piece to date.
Lush, thank you for supporting all of my artistic endeavors for the last 6 years. You are a great friend and a wonderful wife. I couldnt have dreamed up a better person to spend the rest of my days with.
