I'm still waiting for wings and/or fluffier tails(foxes and skunks and such...mostly because that will get more of my friends online...you wouldn't imagine the number of times this has become a sticking point). (and cat ears for guys)

huge female build
prowler male/female builds (the sort of nearly all fours body set a la Penance from Generation X)
power effects optimization (FINGER CLAWS! TALONED FEET! FINGER CLAWS! TALONED FEET!)
Skin textures (I want a vine-skinned heroine, but I DON'T want her to be NAKED!!!!)
sorry for the yelling, I'm tired, and sometimes it's fun to rant uselessly into the air...
seriously though...they've probably got everything pretty much figured out, it sounds like it'll be cool...and generally, no matter what the change, the whiners and idiots will always whine and be idiots...
really, the changes at every 10 level (20, 30, 40) has killed me numerous times before getting used to it, I don't see why a major patch shouldn't do the same...
