My Corrupter is lvl 19 now and has the Energy/Ice build.
I have to say its a mainly damage orientated build which also is a very good team combo but also able to solo quiet good.
I focused on attacks but also got decent secondary stuff like mass slowdown. The only thing that i have to mourn is that u cant cast the icearmours onto urself - just on ur allies.

But i really like this build as i dont see many with it. to be honest havent seen anyone with this build yet.
