Guys and Gals,
Does anyone have a good guide for a PvP Psi / Men Blaster? I've tried several times to spec for this, but even as a 3 year vet I'm terrible at splitting IO's. My only real love affair is with Fly, since I'm terrible at SuperSpeed.
Something else interesting is that Mid's Designer says you get a nice PvP defense boost from Tough and Weave, although not a great one in PvE. It was my understanding that most players only take it if they are a Scrapper....
Help!
I think I'm dying more due to a lackluster build than skill.
