Well I made a build which I think works fine, but now comes the million dollar question, is their a cap i should reach for my enhancements and what is the cap and how excactly am I gonna reach it, looked at paragonwiki but didn't find anything useful about cap

Im rather new at this MMORPG thing, so I need a little help with my science stalker.

what would be a optimal talent build for him (he is as the title says a dual blade science stalker)

and how should i rotate my powers?

Since i'm kinda new to this whole mmorpg thingy and probably doing it all wrong I would love for some help with a good talent build for a science stalker and if possible a good rotation (order of use of talents and so on)
