  1. Prologue: An old man's story
Long have I walked these streets, theses continents, this entire world. For many centuries I have battled against the darkness, both within myself and within others. Sometimes it seems like it is an endless fight, sometimes it seems that all I have done is for nothing. I have walked both paths, Once I was the greatest villain of my time, I murdered thousands, woman, children, the old, and the decreed. But to truly understand how my transformation came to pass, I must tell you of my past.

Part One: Koji Ishii, gifted Shinobi
A thousand years ago, there lived a clan of shinobi. They remained hidden away from history, hidden from the conflicts that surrounded the times of feudal Japan. Within this clan, there was a young boy, named Koji Ishii. Koji Ishii was among the top of his class, on of the best shinobi ever trained. It was believed he would become the next leader of the clan, that he would take the title of Karite from his father. Trained by his father, in the arts of Kenjutsu, A sub-style of Kendo, and Taijutsu, A physical art of ninjitsu. He mastered them both by the age of 13. By 15, he challenged his father for leadership of the clan. Though stronger, faster, and more skilled then his father, he was defeated easily. His father said, he lacked the wisdom of age and loss. The kind of wisdom that came with the pain of defeat, the pain of losing comrades and the knowledge that only age could bring him. Believing himself to the greatest of all the shinobi in his village, Koji Ishii refused to be lectured, and instead left the village, in search of more power.
"Knowledge? What good is Knowledge when you have power? I am simply not powerful enough! When I am the most powerful of all shinobi, then I will return and defeat the old man." He had heard rumors of an ancient scroll, containing the secrets of a forbidden art of Taijutsu. An art so powerful, that it would give its' master Immortality. But at a heavy price. No one was sure what the price the scroll exacted, but Koji Ishii cared not.
"No price is to expensive, for with Immortality comes ultimate power."
To be Continued, in Part Two: The birth of the Oni Kami (Demon God)
  2. Your story is a good one. It is good to see other shinobi, holding true to the ancent code. So many of my clan fell to the dark arts, I once feared I was the last. I would like to hear more of your tale. Maybe one day, I will tell my own tale, but I fear that I have lived to long to properly tell the tale. May all your journeys end well.
  3. The Sorcerer ran down the alley, heavy breaths showing fog in the cold night. "How dare he oppose us, when I find more soldiers, I will make him pay." As he turned the next corner, he heard a footstep behind him. Spinning around, the Sorcerer raised his hands, ready to attack. But no one was there. A light thud from directly behind him was the only warning he got. As he tried to dive forward, the hilt of a katana was smashed into the back of his head. Feeling dazed, and suffering a massive headache, the Sorcerer turned to face his opponent, throwing a Dark Blast as he spun. But he hit only air. He quickly scanned the area, but his attacker was nowhere to be seen. Deciding to teleport away before he was attacked again, he never heard the blade slicing through the air, striking him in the back. With a cry of pain, the sorcerer dropped to his knees in pain, and fell to the ground face first. Walking past him, The lone Shinobi kneeled down and slapped a teleporter tag on the sorcerer, making sure he would end up in jail. Sheathing his katana, Karite slowly walked back into the shadows from which he came, seeking his next foe.
  4. Static-X - Invincible
    or
Linkin Park - In The End

Because in the end, no one is invincible.
  5. I am Karite, my name means Reaper. It was the title held by the most powerfull shinobi of my clan. It was my mentor's title before his death. Now I wear both the title and wield his legendary katana.
