  1. I think most would agree that PvPers are in demand, at least that is what I have experienced on Virtue. The PvP experience is vastly different from the PvE experience. You gotta see it to believe it. More players would likely visit PvP zones to soak it all in if granted amnesty. I propose a temporary power that allows players to enter a PvP zone for a limited amount of time to have a look-see. Maybe they can interact with NPCs. Options like Trade, of course, would have to be disabled for players in this mode because there would be an influx of inspiration mules.

Also, Recluse's Victory becomes ho-hum after the zillionth pill box is taken over. There are so many ways to expand this zone: missions, Hero vs. Villion missions, a better variety of NPCs.

One more suggestion: a hero-themed PvP zone. All PvPs zones are dark and villianous. I get the concept. Create a hero-themed zone that is raidable by villian PvPers. Villians would be required to complete a task like a strike force and heroes would be notified of villian invasion. Heroes could perhaps also grant villians entry into the zone via invite (but this deserves a much more dramatic title, like Honorable Challenge, or the like.)
