Great my wife and now myself are beginning to wonder if the Gms actually read the tickets or guess what we say and cut and paste responses anymore. She has had four different GMs respond back one actually read the whole thing and then talked with her and moved it to a dev (not sure nothing has happened to indicate this is the case.) three have either read as far as as I cant access my characters to the I am not vip and simply cut and pasted a response. The only thing I can say is "Really?"
At least Positron admits there are problems and that they should have been a little more forth coming with the issues that they are having but does not fix the apparent ineptness of the gm staff atm.
Well if they can not figure out what it means to have access to everything already purchased then this game I fear will go by the way of other good games. People want to play for what they pay for, and like companies who actually stand by what they themselves have put in print.
I wait to see if they actually fix the problems she is having or if me and my wife and our kids move to a game where we can count on things being what they claim to be on the web pages that they put out.
This games was one of the better ones and now that freedom is out seems they are forgetting the basics now namely keeping the player base informed of what is going on and actually handling problems without can repsonsing everything.

The problem is the game is forcing her to use her global prior to server not sure why should not matter as far as character but even if she does she would still be well below her total she had due to opening slots using vet reward system of old but thanks for your response

I am curious as to why when you read everything in regards to dropping out of VIP it says that what you have paid for you will still have access to. My wife who has played off and on over the last three years and was active on the roll out has had to move to VIP due to some persona l problems tried to log in to her account tonight and basically is unable to use any character she had.

I understand VIP has perks but we both paid money for the preorder of GR so that we could have the demon mm set as well as the dual pistols. not to mention the collectors COH and the GvE CoV. Now she has access to nothing only four slots to make new characters. She is to say, upset, She is not expecting full access but for the things we have paid for she should have access as we spent real money for items that she can not longer use. And this global vs Server she would not even be upset if the four server slots would allow her to open even the basic brute she has as well as her mm as she is now above Tier 5 and according to the info that unlocks the mm.
