Hi! I'm a Fire/Elec blaster: Survivor of Uchiha. My sniper skill 'blazing bolt' is slotted with Sting of the Manticore and gets up to a range of 169.13 ft. I also have the Superior ATO set placed into blaze. My understanding is that the range set bonus goes to all powers, yet I'm not getting an increase on my sniper skill. I really need to figure this out as it pertains to UGTs. Thank you for our time.
