microsoft .NET framework 2.0 not working and i cant uninstall it or used the newest one. thx for ur help tho guys

i have the firewall off and i tried Pengy advice also but still says the same thing

i keep getting this problem when trying to update my launcher,

after clicking retry about 10 times i hit skip and this pop up

is there anyway to fix this? im using windows XP SP3
