Is it possible to recover an account from like 2006 lol?


I don't remember the username or pass


But I know if I look at like a player data base I could find 1 one of my characters that was on that account (and I know the heroes name).


So is there like some data base I could look through to see if I can find and recover my ancient dusty account that is on the verge of committing suicide?
