Lady Glacies

Basically what I want is a softcapped Fort with as close to Perma ML as possible.
Getting the range out to about 100 would rock as well while hovering.

The thing is that I want to dip into as few pools as possible to do it.

Cost is Not an issue.

When it comes to Softcapping a Fort, are Assault and Maneuvers required?

It feels like these slots could be used somewhere else but if it has to be done then.......
