Yup the server status page has not worked in weeks, its always up. But I'm sure they're trying to fix it just like the base raid

more than 2 hours now, 2 hours and 30 minutes down now.

Isolator badge isn't an event badge. Its a badge you get when you make a new hero. I can understand not giving the event badges but to not give isolator to toons made prior to its availability is something i dont understand. The toons were there but no badge was available. Unlike the event badges, the only reason you wont get them is because you we not there.
