Question, the procedure you show here, is this the exact steps required in making a base telepad? If so, the body armor listed, is this salvage or something we have to refine from salvage. If that is the case, what salvage is required and from what platform (type forge/table) is needed? Lastly, what is 'Black Market Superstuff' and where do we acquire this from? Thanks!
