I was on that TF with essell and the crazy blaster. He really did continually run in all the time. The time when I found it most annoyingwas when only half the team had got into one of the missions and he ran in and aggro'd the first group. Being the helpful guy that I am I charged in after him and tied to rescue him, didn't work out that way and both of us and someone else died.
It continued like that all the way through the TF, one time I was ghosting looking for the boss and, even though he knew I was ghosting, decided to try and solo his way through through the mobs. Needless to say, he didn't last long.
Then there was the time in a rescue the hostage mission (one of the oones where the hostage can die) when he and I had ghosted to the hostage and were waiting for the TPer to reach us. What does he do? well of course he has to snipe one of them standing right beside the hostage. Fortunately doesn't aggro the enemy that is actually guarding the hostage and what followed was a frantic battle with the 2 of us fighting loads of other enemies. Afterwards I told him again that it was stupid of him to do that and his response "I know"
