Otherwise, I haven't even started my WS yet, but I do wanna ask two things off the top of my head:
1) Any reason imparticular that you might have taken
Starless Step at 41 before
Stygian Return at 49?? It seems as though SR would be a great power, no? I would think SS would kinda be even disposable, let alone throwing it in there before a seemingly great power.
2) Secondly, I was wondering if
Nebulous Form was nerfed to have a time limit when
Phase Shift was?
