Please disregard...I found the solution in a previous post. If anyone is wondering, you have to uninstall net nanny to get around the issue.

CoH was running fine until I tried to install launcher. It won't complete the installation. I get an error message that says:

Error number 0X80040703
Failed to find DLL function: KERNAL.LocalFree

Can anyone help? Thanks.
