So I'm working on a Storm/Sonic Defender here, and I'm not sure what would be the most effective way I should be building them right now. It just feels like the choices are the same as most anything else generally. Either Perma-Hasten or Soft-Cap.
I would like to be able to solo/deal with AVs/GMs and the like, and while Soft-Cap seems like the best bet here, I just can't shake the feeling that it isn't some. I haven't had much luck with making a build for either, so in the long run, I'm not sure what to do.
