Hello folks, I'm torn between 2 primary powersets for my /elec blaster. I'm hoping to use /elec melee powers a lot, and need help deciding on ice/elec or elec/elec (Only these two fit my character concept, and elec would be better for purely concept reasons). From what I read in the blaster guides,many of which are very old, elec is mind bogglingly crappy. Has this been fixed? Anyhow, here are the main questions I want to know.
Question the firste - Which is "better" for pvp?
Question the seconde - Which would be more useful in a team pve situation?
Question the third - Will ice/elec outdamage elec/elec by a huge amount?
Question the fourthe - Will I even use primaries much?
If anybody could give me a brief outline of which powers I should take and why, or even just their build, it would be greatly appreciated.
