I think I figured it out. I right-clicked the 'City of Heroes' in the Launcher and started the Repair and now it's downloading 2.2 gigs of an update/the game so right now I'm good. I'll reply here if I have more problems. Thanx.

I am trying to download COH on my work computer so I can say goodbye to my friends and the game but all it says is 'Staged Install State' and it's not getting part 2, 3 or 4. I can log in to COH but only to see my toons, not to play.
Can anyone tell me how to download the other stages please? Thanx.
