It almost sounds like saying if your level 50, MA does nothing else for you. But thats probably just how I am reading it. Although I don't see how you can't be eligible for influence gain.. True if the mission is under your level, you wouldn't get anything for it anyways. at least in my workings with MA. But one of the things that was bugging me, was not being able to access some of the Arc's. I mean there would be some you could access and others you couldn't, even though they were published and didn't look like farming missions. But I not here to complain, just trying to get a grasp on the complete concept of what they are completely trying to do here.
