A suggestion, you seem to use the word "mob" to mean a single villian. "Mob" is by definition, a group. I'd edit your post to state villian (or minion or bad-guy) and use mob for when you state "groups of mob" (which would really be a group of groups).

I made the same mistake
Took a RL friend explaining it to me
In MMORP games "mob" does refer to single object, it's from the programming term "mobile object" and generally refers to any potentially hostile npc.
Now the real reason I posted - I'm about to respec my lvl 36 ice/ice and was hoping for some help. I think I've got the power selection down but I'm not sure about slotting. Here's the build I'm considering. Any comments on how to build a better blaster would be appreciated.
