How others choose to respond or not respond to my ruling questions, or if they quit the league entirely, or kick you off vent because they are tired of hearing the same ****, is up to them...

I don't know where you are getting that I am looking for anyone to agree with me? As I have always said, I had some questions...I got a reply, it seemed bias to ME - I made that clear as to why in my original post. You already made it clear that you more or less have the final say OR are essentially the only active member in the PvPEC, so in other words trying to separate yourself from the PvPEC when a question is posed to the PvPEC or a feeling of bias exist is a contradiction. I haven't attacked your game play or you personally - honestly, I don't really even know you or care - I joined the league to PvP, not to get caught up in silly stories. If it offends you that my comments to the PvPEC offends you directly in someway, I nor anyone else can do anything about that if you are essentially the only active member.

As for @Masque not being happy about something he supposedly wrote and copied and pasted - I wouldn't blame him. I wouldn't care for that either - that sucks man. And again, my whole point of leaving the original group (I don't even know who from the original mix is there now) was to avoid this very thing...oh well.

As far as I am concerned I have reiterated and defended myself in way too many tl;dr posts...so ya, this is dumb.

I won't be commenting on PvPEC issues for this league event anymore *insert golf clap here* Moving on, again.

Answering a simple question with a fairy tale story what has taken place over the course of over two years including/implying other people that are not directly related to the situation is amazing...and if it is not raging, then it is seriously unstable.

It's not the whole PvPEC it's primarily you now CKat. You took what I said on Vent about my decision to avoid a handful of people from Victory over a recent drama BS I was apart of (@Masque by association was amongst that group) and twisted what I sent to Bitters in PMs about not wanting to be thrown back into something I just left again into a direct attack on @Masque. Keep in mind, I NEVER brought his name up here until your side did. Of course, when my departure to leave was brought up apparently on your vent, it spawned this crazy *** story. I didn't even know this was an issue still, but considering this story existed on your GP site, no wonder any direct questions about rule misunderstandings I had got colored. I now know where the bias has come from and again I apologize for any misunderstandings. Also, you will notice I stopped asking questions and let it all drop but ironically (it may be someone else trollin'), but here you are back again trying to get your last shots in.

I would of been very interested to help with PvPEC event suggestions and joining, I've been around PvP since i6 and know a lot of people who have played on test or exclusively on live and interested in league events. This could of been brought up from the beginning, but after this experience I would need serious convincing.

I had some rule questions, I argued they could be interpreted differently and this drama is what I got back. I didn't realize posting fully written questions/comments is raging. I guess since -Divine isn't replying to your taunts here, and me being active here as of late, presents me as an open target for your groups continued harassment - just wow.

Not really his style to have stuff about him posted in the forums like this (regardless of inaccuracy or sans frog pics), but it is entertaining how he has apparently gotten another new fotm to comment for him - was it an American or rubel transaction? Then again, maybe he's just as surprised as I am that you would post it here.

My point about the PD issue is why have arbitrary rules if they can be easily exploited. As for why I have been more active in posting lately, after being bounced around from team to team and making assumptions on my part about fair play and rulings and lack of communication not just on my current team but previous ones and league rulings...I felt I may as well speak up. It simply reinforces why I should of taken the route many of my friends chose at the beginning with backing out do to conflicts with schedules and/or rules. Had I been captaining the original group I intended to bring to the league, I could of taken a more proactive approach and avoided the majority of this drama and wasting my time on forum volleys.

I must have downs though for replying to a troll. Time to download some frog, whale, and twinkie trading cards now - ready to play when you are Barrier.

Hence why I was trying to get Kats attention ASAP before we essentially felt pressured to restart that first match. When you have people in Event Chat on the opposing team saying it's OK if we do this or it's OK to do that because the rules state as such...I'm sorry but after all the rule BS from the previous DQ event, I was trying to get an official response BEFORE we jumped back in...

Honestly, if an opposing team feels the need to hide in the tailor section of PD or another area of PD, that's just another lame way to exploit the time limit of when a match should start. Each time I was attempting to quickly resolve our original issues, there was the constant threat of DQ because of delay of game. So again, trying to say how this could of been originally handle BEFORE the match when my PM was either missed or ignored and then having to check on line-ups is more or less insulting.

So yeah, Philly, this had nothing to do with you nor were you playing during these matches in question...so I am not sure what you are bringing to the table with this?

As for CKat avoiding my questions directly and trying to steer the discussion into some broad generalization that I just have issues with the PvPEC is unfortunate. Do I think there is bias, yes...and as I stated before it is based on my experience with the teams I have been on. If you are going to continually take offense to that, then I suggest you stop trying to act like one of the little cool kids with cute little frog pics to try hard with fitting in.

Anyways, since I am technically not a captain and it keeps being put in my face as such - I'll just stop wasting my time with attempts for a reasonable discussion.

My last two cents on this:

1) I'll support the motion for our team capts to call for a forfeit in match one after the player change.

2) DQ on third match for line-up error.

I would care less about any of the above two issues and simply just play, but when rule calls get "leeway" and others over-looked, I may as well support the above.

Would I appreciate Leeway - sure, like about 14 secs worth. Leeways continually only seem to work in one direction and so far from what I have seen, the teams with the most PvPEC reps. Not trying to ruffle feathers, just my personal experience with this league endeavor.

If our captains call for a forfeit, I would support that move definitely.

But I do appreciate the advice on waiting until after the matches for questions - trying to quickly resolve an issue during a match while hoping to avoid a retaliation/counter forfiet/DQ call for delay of game does make sense (especially with how fickle rule calls and interpretations have been made lately). In the future, I'll just post comments directly to the capts or send you an offline PM and avoid future wall posts here as posting here seems to only fuel fires and never resolve anything.

That's a reasonable intention, but it is easily exploitable to do fake a DC. So in other words, if it is an illegal move to have a secret player, it shouldn't be acceptable to run an new player/toon after a reset unless it is approved by the PvPEC rep that took the line-ups as well as both team captains for a player switch.

The DC argument is just a slippery slope all together. In our match for example tonight against CIGAL, we had multiple rule questions trying to be asked about in addition to a team player loosing his vent during the match. Unfortunately, we had to deal with half the group wanting to reset for the player switch dispute and the other half trying to get our teamates Vent fixed. The fact that I repeatedly called for a RESET a few secs outside of 60 secs did suck, but sh*t happens apparently.

LMAO. How the hell did you read hibernate into my post. I said once Ares died, when he was at the spawn point the blaster and 2 stalkers were sitting there waiting to kill him once the non-attack/res phase effect wore off. Just wow...can't believe you read hyber into any of that. The point was, earlier in the league, the previous team I was on got flamed for supposedly spawn camping AND that it was against the rules to do it. However, after actually looking at the rules more closely with all the recent "rules this and rules that"...there was nothing in the rules against spawn camping in the league. So in other words, while I thought it was illegal, it was a totally fair thing to do and I am surprised not more go for the spawn camp kill since it is apparently a legit tactic in this league.

Thanks Divine for trying to be fair about it all and while playing a man down was tough, it was still a good night. Nice practices too.

Since our team is ahead by like a 100K or so now, I'm looking forward to the tauntbot brigade from here on out lols.
