    Is extracting images/textures and sound files from the game and using them in fan art against the EULA? I've seen many videos that seem to use game sounds and music, but before I invest more time I wanted to ask.

    What do you think of this build? I gave up 36 hp and some global ACC, maybe it's not worth it to be just barely be soft capped, especially since it doesn't have grant cover to help with the defense debuff.
