Oil Slick Arrow takes Slow and Targeted AOE sets, all of which include some Accuracy enhancements. But OSA does not take Acc enhancements itself. I read in the excellent Trick Arrow Enchiridion that the OSA fire damage ticks are not auto-hit.

So does anyone know if accuracy enhancements in OSA have any effect?

Those pictures on paragonwiki don't really look right, I mean they don't seem to match what I see in the game, in every case. Can anyone confirm that those pictures are really up to date?
