For the beginner heroes in Galaxy City, the Rularuu have taken over parts of Gemini Park, most notably the streets right on its outskirts as well as the North and South sections.

Two portals at the very least have already been destroyed many times, only to reappear with a new invading force!

(OOC: the Rularuu there are all level 5 and below, but the XP seems quite nice - be careful, though, their hold powers are a b!tch to deal with, though the duration is short...)
