To answer the last person, my endurance was always at 100% and never below say 75%.
It has not happened at all today. But man was it hella annoying last night. -

This is assuming that the toggles are dropping while zoning.The dropping is def happening when zoning. Yeah. It's been happening again when zonning in/out of missions as far as i can tell. I haven't noticed it for zone loading yet though. -

It's a bug that has been around for quite a few issues. They got rid of it and it came back. I'm sure they are working on it to get rid of it.

I used a Regen/Claw Scrapper, Fire/Spines Scrapper, and Fire/Fire tanker today on Carnies and each time I was mezzed, held, and then killed. I've never had this issue with my toggles/shields dropping before i19.
I'm using SO's on all three builds, but like I stated before never had issues with being held but anything before i19.
Has anyone experienced a significant increase in toggles/shields dropping since i19? -
Hi, I was wondering if any one would mind sharing a Will Power/War Mace Tank build for i19. I am new to tanking but not the the game.
I do not have a lot of money for IO's so a SO build would be great! Not that I'm turning down an IO build lol, so if anyone posts one of those it would be great too!! I have a preference for flying, but open to any other flight that suits the build better.
The main thing I'm trying to accomplish with this build is being able to take a fair amount of damage and dealing out a fair amount of damage.
