I am a stalker player. Very interesting to see what goes and what doesn't go.

But to be honest, Ice/Dev is much more effective against many of my stalkers. So many slows and - rech, that even if the blaster can't kill me. He has slowed me enough for his teammates to come finish me off. Even if Web Nade wears off.

+++ Have you thought about the new + per IO's? It is possible to have +3 perception now, on your own. Enough to see even the most hidden stalker, easily.
