Derek, log in or go make a katana scrapper. You will see the way he's holding it is the way it's done in game (left hand over right). And since It's a piece of art of his in game character, it only makes sense.

A gap added would be good, and the blade needs to be turned a little and a curve added....but he was just mentioning that

I pencil sketch first, then do the inks and colour in photoshop. I can do it by hand as well with paints, but I haven't got my paints out in years.
