I really want to start a Dominator and am interested in the Plant Psi. I would be starting off with no inf, so would be something to build up over time. I just have no clue what powers to take and how to slot them. I have looked at the guides, but the Plant PSI is from 2006, so I am sure that is no longer accurate. Any help is appreciated. As a side note, I will most likely be doing a lot of solo stuff and no PVP, as my times to play are random.
