I'm looking at lvl 11 IOs at the market with a lvl 8 toon. I've never slotted IOs nearly this early on any other toon, so this has never been an issue: the IO's info says I can't slot it until lvl 12. Why shouldn't I be able to slot a lvl 11 IO until lvl 12?

I just updated and logged in, deleted a character to free a slot for a new toon, and the slot now says unavailable. Anybody know this issue?

I'm planning on doing some upgrades to my comp pretty soon, especially to take advantage of the ultra mode that I currently don't get to use. The problem? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to the hardware inside the computer.

I'm thinking of a new video card since mine is more than 3 years old. I have an NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS, with 256MB GDDR3 of memory. I'm looking in the $250, but I see that most for around that price are 1GB GDDR5. I don't know enough: can I switch from 3 to 5?

I have 4GB of RAM, and my processor is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6550 @ 2.33GHz.

I haven't seen anything yet that suggests pet customization is coming in i16, which is too bad...I've wanted that for so long.

I'd love to see unlockable options like rifles, shields, etc...have - I want bots that look like they were designed by the Rikti or Vanguard. Nemesis bots would be pretty cool too. Or...
