i am not much into teleming, since it takes time,although it is very usefull and i have seen you use it

i have an energy/devices blaster and i tried to respec in order to be more ED optimized. instead of that i ended having 3 powers from the Leadership power pool and only 3 long range attacks(have another 1 for short range attack)

can someone help me with a built ?
my blaster is currently 37lvl
