I do remember way back in i4 a lowbie about lvl 7 told me that when he died in the hollows he went back to the Outbreak hospital.
See I think that when he was in Outbreak he died and went to the hospital there. Then he got out, lvled up to 5, without dieing, then he went and died in the hollows.
Then since the Outbreak hospital was the last hospital he went to, he was sent there when he clicked the "Go to Hospital" button?
That's the closest thing I got for an explanation.
