Ive got it!(half of it anyway) Just tried to log in to manage my account at NCsoft, and its undergoing maintenance.

Dont they handle the transactions for srever transfers, renames and character slots?

That would at least explain why we are unable to buy anything, but doesn't explain why unlocked slots are being locked again.

Grrr was about to make a new character!! Deleted a toon to make space and it immediately locked! WTF?! give me my slot back you meanies!!
