Name: Hakuro de Killer
AKA: 13th De Killer, The Renegade.
Hakuro is 6'5" and is of slender, but toned build. He's wearing the traditional indictment armor of the De Killer family, due to it being stolen as he fled Chateau De Killer. His armor includes a set of "Pain Pads", or oversized shoulderpads lined all the way down with spikes that are far from imitation. Among the pain pads is a set of somewhat traditional-looking armor made out of a compounded mixture of ebony and dark matter, which accounts for its indestructibility and black color. The red tones of his armor are a special kind of paint that not only adheres to such a form of metallic/mythic substance, but also allows the wearer of the armor to reduce the amount of energy necessary to use any form of spell or technique used.
While this armor is used mainly as a form of ceremonial armor, it is still a more than functionable suit of armor with magical enhancements. Amongst the rest of his clothing are a black bandanna and a pair of red-tinted sunglasses. While these pieces of everyday clothing, they are very rarely worn by a De Killer, as they are viewed as hindering the performance of the wearer.
While his hair color and eye color are unknown due to the bandanna and sunglasses, the hero records state that he has black hair and green eyes.

Hakuro was born on a very small island that exists in the middle of the pacific, between Hawaii and Japan. On the island exists several unnamed crooks and thieves as well as the manor overlooking it all which no one dares touch. This manor is known as Chateau De Killer and has been the home of the De Killer main family since the third generation of the De Killer discovered the island during his travel back to Kyoto from Honolulu.
Soon after Hakuro was born, he was taken to a seer on the streets by his father, the worlds best murderer and assassin named Satsujin Shokutaku de Killer. The seer stated the following of Hakuro's future in general:
This child, the thirteenth generation of the De Killer, will inherit upon all the cumulative powers of each generation before him, making him the most powerful of the De Killer! Even you, Lord Satsujin, will be powerless in comparison! He will also change the fate of the De Killer name forever!
Satsujin, aware that the seer had told him the absolute truth and the fact that predictions are always too vague to begin with, settled with what he had heard and took his child back home to celebrate the birth of the most powerful De Killer, for Satsujin, not unlike every previous patriarch of the De Killer Family, only thought about the pride of the De Killer family and paid almost no heed to the second part of the prediction.
Over the years, Hakuro studied under his mother and father. Satsujin de Killer was a master at various assassin techniques, including sniper techniques. While he learned how to kill with mere technique, it was his mother Youjutsu taught Hakuro the means to kill. Hakuro was taught the principles and the means to use the different spells as listed in the Necronomicon and the Grimoire. This, and using various live test subjects, allowed him to use the various spells he had learned. During his Eighteenth birthday, Satsujin provided his son with the De Killer Indictment Armor worn by every De Killer to be inaugurated ceremony to be officially brought into the De Killer family.
Soon after, something in Hakuro's head clicked and, without missing a beat, he took the indictment armor and fled the manor and the island mere minutes before being an official member of the De Killer family.
Having heard of Paragon City in the past, he headed there to become a hero, using his dark powers for good. meanwhile, Satsujin arrived where he was meeting Hakuro and he never showed up. At this he recalled the second part of the prophecy:
