I am looking for a "money no object build" for BS/Regen. PVE with a heavy focus on Incarnate content. Single Target Primary and AOE secondary. I look to staying alive as the primary goal and doing damage as a secondary goal. I want to use shadow meld for sure and I look forward to hearing from the Regen experts on this board.
