what is the process for obtaining the Epic Power Pools. I am interested in Mu and I hear there is a quest line that I need to run, where do I go???

I have read all of the I15 posts and they seemed centered around Mind.Fire,Psy,Energy. Any word on ice/ or /ice?

For those on the test server. After playing with the changes made to the Dom, which pri/secondary is going to be the best aoe soloer? I get more satisfaction at seeing a group fall than just a st. How is ice looking?

I am looking for a Brute that is great at AOE but can still hold his own against EB's,AV's etc. My other requirement is that I don't want my brute to be squishy through 40 levels. I do expect some rough going through the early levels. Suggestions are appreciated.
