Fortissimo is an SG that is open to Sonic/* blasters, Sonic/* and */Sonic defenders, and */Sonic controllers. Fortissimo is part of the Repeat Offenders, a coalition of SG's and VG's stretching accross three servers. We have an active player base, but are always looking for more good players!
The idea behind Fortissimo is to stack -Res on the bad guys. What's -Res you ask? -Res stand for -Damage Resistance. Sonic blasts, as well as some Sonic defender powers, reduce the damage resistance of the bad guys. This means that the bad guys take more damage from your attacks. -Res effectively increases the damage output of your attacks! By forming teams with multiple Sonic blasters and defenders, the -Res can be stacked to *significantly* increase the damage output of all team members, and cause the spawns to melt before your eyes.
Fortissimo is primarily a PvE group. As a member of the Repeat-Offenders group, we have access to a large and active player base to team with. We have regularly scheduled SG nights, and participate in Repeat-Offenders events such as Task Forces, etc.
Fortissimo is not intended to have a role-playing focus, although light role-playing is appreciated.
