I see what you mean. I do hope in some minimal fashion it is used. I think failure to use actual players feedback and ideas would be a bummer. It would be great on their behalf if they or anyone that works along side of support to post back a response to our ideas.

Do the support team ever comment back on anything said in here? If they dont I dont think i need to use this forum any more since it would be a waste.

On thing though I think its VERY SAD that NC cant even take control of this matter. Its up to the paying users to try to handle this horse crap.

I mean what kind of support is that NC? And please do answer back and not let this question sit and rot. I expect an answer as do others I am sure. Why cant you handle this problem???? How damn hard would be to just give us option to block tells not on global or friends list. how hard would it be to block all e-mails not on friends or global. PLEASE give us that option to turn on a filter or turn off for crying out loud.

In a way I feel like I am dealing with a half ace company such as the one that we are all talking about. By NC Failing to take action is purely lazyness and not at all showing support for the paying gamers.

I think we just need to realize this problem will not be handled at all. It doesnt even look like they will even make an effort to give us a option to work on our behalf to rid this.

The best that is going to happen is Nothing! We are going to continue to post on here and wasting our time for something that will not be corrected or even looked at.

I think the only way to really grab this by the balls would be to actual monitor live e-mails and tells sent. That would be a way to catch the people doing this. But again would invade and violate some of the players as well. I dont see how hard it would be have a junk mail option. Not allow ingame e-mails unless they are on your global. Why cant we even get that?? At least it would show the devs at least taking notice and giving us an option for us to choose on our own to filter this out. I want the choice. And for the people that say that we might miss out on an e-mail that was important.. (Please give me a break!!) Thats what real e-mail is for and SG forums messengers voicechat, and e-mails. If there is an event raid SF or anything its always posted on sg site anyways or sent through normal e-mails. not this crap of a system we have in game.

So please put an ingame junk mail filter for friggin sake!!!

So whats your guys input on the junk mail filter? It would be quick and easy. That would be one step in right direction

I just logged in to see what others have been talking about since my post yesterday. Theres so many good ideas and I think they would work out well. At least give it a shot and show the gamers that the GM's are trying to do something.

Now after reading such a huge thread people posting after post. Makes me wonder if its even worth putting any comment on here regarding the spam e-mails and tells. Does this actually help? Do the GM's actually plan to listen and try to use the gamers advice or ideas? Or are we just talking to a wall? I read a few responses to people ideas and I think I could have came up with something better out of my left pinky. I dont see any drive to correct this crap we put up with in a game we play. How hard would it to try some of the posters ideas. Do something at least. Nobody likes to talk to a wall.

Also I have a screen shot of this e-mail if this gets anywhere and a copy of proof is needed.

Normally i ignore the stupid spam tells for RMT. They piss me off to no end but theres nothing that works as of now to block this crap.
Usually its tells posting infamy then real price of money to buy the infamy. Most cases few minutes later they spam completely different add at higher rate. Go figure.

I get these stupid e-mails and delete them. It was until today I felt I needed to share what kind of e-mail I received from these people. Gagora.. I was so pissed and agravated and what made it worse theres nothing I could do at time but complain about it.
Keep in mind I was just logging in to show my 11 year old son a costume I made. I logged In and seen the e-mail and went to delete it. On my fault i opened it instead of deleting right away. Here is what it said.

Now tell me what the hell is going on? What is it going to take to remove this horse crap of spam? This is the kind of crap they are sending us and what will it take to rid this problem???

And yes i can /ignore but what good does that do?? when they make up a name its nothing but a bunch of gibberish. they make a new toon log back in and do it all over again with some other gibberish name. This is bs and needs to stop some how.

There should be some way to track a single person sending out massive e-mails and tells and record it. There has to be a way to track the same account name then watch how many e-mails they send out to random people per day. After a while their account needs to be shut down.
