The only code it says i've applied is listed as "retail", from when i paid for my first month with a gamecard

I never received an actual serial number for the booster i selected when signing up- is that how it's supposed to work, or under normal circumstances does it give you one after you select it

anyway, i'll try a petition and hope that works

The only unused serial codes i have are for a trials for Guild Wars/Lineage 2, neither of which i can use on my mac- nothing about booster packs

Well, with this new information, i double-checked, and no, it was NOT applied- im even looking at my master/COH account thoroughly and i haven't even SEEN the words "booster pack" aside from when i first created the account and it asked me which one i wanted (which they ultimately didn't give me)

For some reason i couldn't ask a question on the support page either

Hi, sorry if this has been answered before, but im a newbie, a mac user, and still getting used to everything

anyway, i bought the architect edition the other day, and while i was setting up my account, it asked me which freebie booster pack i wanted (i picked magic, not sure if that matters), so now i'm wondering what to do to activate it, because i've dug into the character creator pretty deep with all 3 genders (it still feels weird saying that lol) and have yet to see any costume pieces that look like they were part of the set (witch, wizard, etc.), and none of my characters have the "mystic fortune" power- is there somewhere in-game or on-site i need to activate it, or did i somehow get screwed out of my freebie?
