My current pet project is my 50 DB/Nin stalker. I've recently noticed something. I've packed 6 of her peripheral defensive powers with LOTG 7.5 Global recharge bonus IOs, but I seem to only be getting credit for 4 of them on my power table. Anybody else have this problem?

Thanks much for the quick reply. It's a relief, since I've already started crafting toward the 'left' side of the second tier.

I have a Dark/SR stalker who's near to getting her second tier of Incarnate powers and I'm going with the Endurance Reduction set. I've noticed on the second tier to the 'right' she'd also get an increase on her damage resistance powers.

My question is: would that grant her an innate increase on her passive defense powers (agile and dodge) that also usually only increase her damage resistance as she takes damage?

For example-She's inactive and I click on her power table and tab on Damage Resistance. Both agile and dodge are at 0%. If I get her the second tier Endurance Reduction Incarnate enhancement that increases her Damage Resistance, would they innately jump up the amount indicated (think 20%) even before she starts taking damage?

I've had 5 toons try to start on the Incarnate arc, and was only able to get it with 2 of them. The other 3 were told to 'finish the stuff already on their slates (paraphrased)'. None of the 3 had more than 1 mish on tap. Any hints on what I need to do? Any help appreciated.

And yeah they are all 50s.
