A few months ago I read some of the guides and decided to give it a go. Turns out you were all right - both the guides, as well as the part about the first billion being the hardest. To all the doubters out there: even just casual working of the markets (several times a week but not every day) can get you that cup of tea within a couple months (read: less than three).
And to think I used to consider even 50 million a near-unobtainable fortune...
Oh, I have always only had a full helmet, and there was no "helmet + tophat" costume option (maybe one can be purchased with paragon points (TM) later...), so I had to improvise. My apologies.
