I know 0 about graphics cards. Do you think this is decent for playing coh?

After I use siphon speed, which method of travel is faster...
1. Running/ swimming while boosted by Siphon Speed
or
2. Jumping using Inertial Reduction while on Siphon Speed?

Im the same, I never "got" gravity. The powers seem all the same to me so I never got beyond level 20 with it.
