I set the resolution to windowed mode and it's unacurate I can't press the buttons right in the game I have to point lower than the button to make it work... :/

Hi all I've been wanting to play this game for a while now but can't seem to because I've been having problems since I've installed it 3 days ago. 1st problem was that when ever I would press the shortcut it would get stuck on loading. I've found out how to fix that by deleting Windowsblinds. The 2nd problem is when ever I get iinto the game with my desktop resolution the picture of the loading with all the heroes is cut to the top left corner of my monitor and the only resolution I can actually run it on is at 800x600 which isn't accurate... Please help me I'm desperate to play the game...

My specs are : Windows Vista 32-bit
Intel Core Duo 2 3.00GHZ
4GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX/GTX+

Um guyz i kno this is off topic, but i dont knoew how to make a new thread so here goes. I've been having problems with the game since I installed it... Loading would get stuck as soon as I would press the .exe file. But I fixed that by deleting the "Windowsblinds" File. Now I have another problem when I enter the game not in safe Mode half the picture of the heroes show on the top left corner... So I tried safe mode It worked but there was a problem I can't change the resolution to my desktop resolution which is 1440x900... It always goes back to 800x600 which is really annoying cuz if i point at a skill it doesnt work i have to point a bit down to make the spell work...
Please Help me im desperate for this game!
